Earning Potential
We offer a competitive base salary, starting at £24,000 for Trainee-Level Recruitment Consultants and an industry leading commission scheme, up to 35% of your monthly billings (this differs for the US). Trainee Recruitment Consultants can earn commission on every placement, even during their initial training period.
