Quality Assurance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough electronic testing, repair, and investigation of electronic components.
• Perform Design Verification Testing (DVT) and Production Verification Testing (PVT) to ensure product compliance and performance.
• Read and interpret electronic schematics accurately to diagnose issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain, calibrate, and repair testing and measurement equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues.
• Document and report findings, maintaining detailed records of testing and repair activities.
• Continuously monitor and improve quality assurance processes to enhance product reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in electronic testing, repair, and investigation of electronic components.
• Strong knowledge of DVT and PVT procedures and standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electronic schematics.
• Experience in maintenance and calibration of equipment, including the ability to perform repairs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
