Senior Product Designer

I am hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing startup in Dublin, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to join a dynamic team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver intuitive, user-centric solutions that drive engagement and satisfaction. This opportunity is based in central Dublin, you will be required to go on-site 1/2 days per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to final product, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and execute design strategies.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
