IT Support Specialist

Our client is looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join their team in Cork. The role involves providing efficient and effective IT support, ensuring the smooth operation of various IT systems, and assisting users with technical issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in IT support roles.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive IT support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Office 365.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as software updates and backups.
• Document support activities and solutions in a clear and detailed manner.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in IT support roles.
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS environments.
• Familiarity with Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with network protocols and configurations.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles and practices.
