Our client in Limerick is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide outstanding IT support services. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual to handle various technical issues, ensuring smooth IT operations for end-users.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-level support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software applications and operating systems.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
  • Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Provide guidance and support during the onboarding and offboarding of employees.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an IT support role.
  • Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
