NetSuite Implementation Consultant

Duties and Responsibilities

• Optimize and maintain the ERP system, ensuring performance, data integrity, and security.
• Gather requirements, and implement system updates, enhancements, and new modules.
• Provide technical support and training for ERP users.
• Analyze and improve business processes for greater efficiency.
• Create reports and dashboards; perform data analysis to support decision-making.
• Manage ERP to web platform orders, including inventory checks, approvals, and payments.
• Collaborate with IT, other departments, and external vendors for system integration.
• Document ERP configurations and processes; support audit activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Analyze special projects; update spreadsheets; reconcile costing variances and resolve inventory disputes.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an ERP Analyst with successful implementations and support.
• 4 years experience in NetSuite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work closely with internal and external customers.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
