Senior Salesforce Developer

12-month rolling contract

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will specialize in the design, development, integration and delivery of managed package solutions which we have built for our clients.

Working at Asset Class, you will utilize your core business, technology and industry expertise and be part of enabling our clients to become high-performing businesses. You will work with us to develop, from the ground up, a completely new and innovative set of applications for the financial services marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the needs and requirements of customers, clearly understanding their business needs
• Identify the opportunities offered by Salesforce technology
• Plan project activities and verify their correct implementation
• Design, implement and deploy managed package applications
• Configuration on salesforce.com sales, service and/or marketing cloud
• Working with multiple teams to bridge the gap between business problems and technical solution
• Offer suggestions and recommendations during the solution design and execution phase to ensure business intent is understood by the project team

Requirements / Experience: 

• Managed Package Development, and submission to the AppExchange (this is critical as we are building out a range of Modules for the Financial Services Market).
• Strong Lightning Web component creation skills
• Utilizing both Visual Force and JavaScript UI elements in building out and maintaining custom applications
• VisualForce development, including VisualForce UI elements and Javascript elements
• Background with technical architecture and security concepts (integration patterns, architecture styles, data security)
• Relational databases and data modelling
• Ireland-based employee (we will be returning to an office-based development environment)
• Bachelor's Degree is ideal, but we value experience more.
• 5+ years of Salesforce.com development experience
• Ability to work and deliver creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Result oriented persons
• Experience working with business process and development teams to design, implement and deploy Salesforce.com applications to different clients at the enterprise level
• com certifications (Sales or Service Cloud Consultant)
• Excellent presentation and demo skills
• Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts
• Combination of business analysis and technology implementation experience.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team.
