About the Role: 

Our client is looking for ServiceNow Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM and be used to implementing/configuring/managing these processes within the SNOW Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for keeping up to date with SNOW updates, training, etc
• Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI policies, and business rules to automate and streamline business processes
• Understand department standards to ensure projects are carried out within given timeframes and company policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move work to production instances

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience within the SNOW platform
• CSA & CAD strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related study
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detailed experience with ITAM implementations
