My client is a large software company based in Meath, which is looking for an experienced QA Team lead to join their team and support the Test Manager. The project is due to start in early September and is expected to last at least 12 months with a possible extension.
This will be a contract role with a daily rate of €450 per day (negotiable depending on experience) and requires the person to be on site 1-2 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Lead an experienced team to review and implement new testing methodologies throughout the project
- Train, monitor and review the performance of the team to ensure they meet the project objectives
- Prepare, deliver and record test cases based on the functional and non-functional requirements
- Track , manage and record any issues that arise during the testing lifecycle and deliver to the management team
Requirements:
- 5 Years of Software Testing experience (functional and non-functional)
- Experience of leading a QA team
- Proven test planning and execution experience
- A strong interest in automation testing, with proven automation testing experience
