Technical Support Specialist

Our client in Galway is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support for their IT systems and users. This role involves troubleshooting a variety of technical issues, ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Offer first and second-level support for software, hardware, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other peripherals
• Assist in the setup and management of user accounts, including Office 365
• Perform regular system updates and maintenance tasks
• Provide support for video conferencing and meeting room technologies

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in a technical support role
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems
• Familiarity with Office 365 and Active Directory administration
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
