Information Technology Officer

We are seeking to hire someone with experience across Desktop and Server Support on behalf of our Dublin-based client. You will work with the internal IT departments to provide network and application support to systems and hardware.

Duties:

• Managing hardware and network infrastructure
• Building new environments and servers for applications
• Working alongside external IT organisations and suppliers
• Troubleshooting software and hardware issues across the business
• Providing frontline support for systems, computers and printers

Requirements:

• A minimum of four years experience in desktop and server support in a MS Windows Server environment
• Strong knowledge of networking, virtualisation, Active Directory, Office 365 and SQL server
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Minimum 3rd-level degree
