About The Role: 

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join the team in a hybrid role based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Requirements/responsibilities are listed below.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to design effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Act as a hands-on developer to implement and customize ServiceNow applications as needed.
• Utilize your expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and IT Business Management (ITBM) to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and ITIL foundations for efficient IT service management.

Qualifications:

• Proven professional experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and ITBM.
• Ability to act as both a hands-on developer and a strategic consultant, gathering requirements and designing solutions.
• Strong development skills within the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with implementing and customizing various ServiceNow modules.
