IT System Administrator

We are currently looking for an IT System Administrator for our eCommerce Client based in Dublin. Ideally, the candidate will have 3 years of System Administration experience and be available to work hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Manage deployment, administration, and maintenance of Windows, MacOS, and Linux systems.
• Administer Windows Server environments.
• Oversee helpdesk and ticketing platforms.
• Serve as the main contact for 1st and 2nd-level IT support.
• Deploy and manage endpoints and systems.
• Assist in planning IT infrastructure changes.
• Manage cloud environments.
• Liaise with external hardware and software vendors.
• Maintain security standards.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Windows Client/Server and MacOS administration.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, AD, shares, printers, GPO, WSUS, and software deployments.
• Experience with virtualisation platforms.
• At least 3+ years of Enterprise Systems Administration and helpdesk experience.
