The client we are working with is seeking to create a team to support an excellent experience for customers. The company's focus is products around the wireless devices space and has been around in the RTP area for over 20 years.
The company size is start-up style, being less than 200 in the org. The engineering department accounts for about 25, and ranges from hardware, design, product, electrical and mechanical.
As the Embedded Software Engineer, you will utilize your extensive knowledge to collaborate and add value to the large projects they are currently in. This will require a vast knowledge of the creation of life cycles of projects, developing and reviewing software, and providing mentorship to younger engineers.
The Embedded Requirements:
- 5-7 Years working with Embedded C.
- 5+ years of experience in robotics/wireless technology
- Bachelor of Science degree in software engineering, computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering or related fields.
- Develop quality firmware and software libraries for embedded systems.
- +4 years of software experience with related testing C, Embedded Linux and C++.
- Basic Knowledge of board creation and support packages.
- Excellent team communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.
