We are hiring for an exciting role in Dublin City Centre with a leading global technology company. Our client seeks a motivated individual to manage a team of experienced software engineers, shaping and guiding them to align with the company's growth objectives.

Software Development Manager Responsibilities:

• Mentor a team of 6+ engineers.
• Contribute to development strategy aligning with company growth objectives.
• Ensure the team produces high-quality, scalable code.
• Liaise with other team leads to ensure cohesive development strategies.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience managing a team of engineers in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in software development using Java and accompanying technologies.
• Proficiency in full-stack development and delivering solutions for web-based applications.
• Experience in regularly interacting with stakeholders.
