Our client is seeking a Service Desk Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain records within the service desk system.
Key Service Desk Technician Responsibilities:
- Maintain call records in Service Desk systems.
- Provide remote and desktop-level support for all IT-related issues.
- Perform 1st & 2nd level troubleshooting and resolve 1st/2nd level type issues.
- Set up new accounts, clients, and mobile devices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar Desktop Support role.
- Experience with IT call logging/support software such as ServiceNow.
- Proficient in using Citrix Workspace and supporting virtual environments (Citrix VDI).
- Experience in application installation and providing remote support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
