About the Role:
Reperio is working with an AI company building an HR software platform. This company has experienced phenomenal success in 2023 and this has led into 2024.
As part of their scaling plan, they are looking to introduce a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design and deploy ML models, analyse data, and lead projects. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions
Requirements:
- Master's/Ph.D. in Computer Science, ML, Statistics, or related field.
- 5+ years in machine learning or data science.
- Proficient in Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, sci-kit-learn).
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
