I'm hiring for a top-tier Compliance Manager to drive compliance at my client, a rapidly growing and highly successful start-up who are market-leaders in their niche. If you are highly motivated and want to have a real impact in leading the Compliance function within a fast-paced and evolving environment you'd be a great fit. You will be responsible for managing ISO27001 standards and SOC-2 compliance, developing sustainability policies, defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead ISO27001 standards compliance.
- Oversee SOC-2 compliance efforts.
- Develop and implement sustainability policies.
- Track and optimize compliance KPIs.
- Present performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Information Systems or related field.
- Proven experience with ISO27001/SOC-2 compliance.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP).
- Software industry experience.
- Knowledge of GDPR.
