End User Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced End User Support Specialist to join our client's team in Dublin. The successful candidate will provide top-tier technical support to end users, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting of various IT systems. This role requires a professional who excels in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite and remote support to end users for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Resolve tickets efficiently and document troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of new accounts, clients, and mobile devices.
• Support users during the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring all IT needs are met.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in an IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
• Experience with IT support ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with Citrix Workspace and VDI environments.
