My client is a major player in the finance industry and is looking to hire a Lead Software Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be required to work in conjunction with various teams to ensure the delivery and upkeep of existing products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development process, acting as a point of contact and ensuring quality solutions are delivered efficiently.
- Implement strategic technical plans and architecture.
- Mentor and provide training to a team of developers.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to evaluate business plans and opportunities.
Required Experience:
- 7+ years' experience as an end-to-end developer, with a strong proficiency in Java and Spring framework.
- Experience in a role with hands-on involvement in development architecture.
- Experience working with RESTful API's
- Proficiency with cloud technologies, preferably Azure.
- Experience with Web Technologies, such as Apache.
