IT Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our client's IT systems. You will ensure the infrastructure is reliable, secure, and scalable, working closely with other IT team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage servers, storage, and networks. Ensure systems are up-to-date, secure, and performing well.
• Provide advanced support for infrastructure issues. Monitor systems, diagnose problems, and improve performance.
• Implement security measures to protect data and ensure systems meet compliance standards.
• Document configurations and procedures. Train team members on infrastructure topics.
• Assist in IT projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Work with external vendors to meet service expectations and explore new technology solutions.

Qualifications:

• Degree in IT or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, AWS/Azure) are a plus.
• 3+ years in IT infrastructure roles. Experience with virtualization, cloud platforms, and network management.
