Director DevOps

We're seeking an experienced Director of DevOps to lead the transformation of our client's DevOps teams. The successful candidate will drive the adoption of CI/CD practices, enhance automation, and improve software delivery quality. This role reports directly to the CTO and involves managing teams across multiple regions.

Director of DevOps Responsibilities:

• Align DevOps strategy with the company's tech goals alongside the CTO.
• Lead and transform DevOps teams to prioritize automation, CI/CD, and frequent releases.
• Work with product, development, and QA teams to ensure smooth software releases.
• Oversee the shift to a cross-functional team structure.
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage three teams (10+ engineers) in India and the Middle East for seamless software delivery.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of senior leadership experience, with a proven track record in driving organizational change towards agile and DevOps practices.
• Expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead through change.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solution Architect) are advantageous.
