Our client, a leading player in the telecommunications industry, is seeking an experienced Test Manager to join their dynamic team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of skilled automation test engineers within a cutting-edge, cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of automation test engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products.
• Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with performance engineers to monitor, manage, and optimize performance testing activities.
• Manage end-to-end testing processes in cloud-based environments, ensuring robust CICD pipeline integration.
• Oversee mobile device testing, ensuring compatibility and performance across various platforms.
• Develop and maintain testing strategies, plans, and test cases in alignment with business requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, methodologies, and tools.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in the telecommunications industry is essential.
• Strong hands-on experience in test automation, including designing and managing automation frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing automation test engineering teams.
• Experience working with performance engineers and managing performance testing.
• Proficiency in managing testing activities in cloud-based environments.
• Solid understanding and experience with CICD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with testing mobile devices across multiple platforms.
• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification is advantageous.
