Our client is looking for a talented and motivated Senior ServiceNow Developer to join their team in MI. This is a hybrid position, offering the perfect balance of remote and in-office work. Key ServiceNow Developer Responsibilities:

• Design, maintain, and develop processes within the ServiceNow platform.
• Act as a lead/mentor for junior developers, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Ensure the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform through proactive maintenance and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to continuously improve platform capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB.
• Experience with designing and implementing integrations and workflows.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is highly desirable.
