Agile Coach

I'm currently recruiting for an Agile Coach for my client, on an initial 12-month rolling contract basis.

The successful candidate would be onsite 2 days per week, and my client's office is based in Dublin.

Excellent day rate available.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of current Agile models aligned to emerging technologies and successful tech industries, along with the capabilities to guide and influence stakeholders and teams in building and embedding an Agile framework into a complex delivery organisation. This experience is to be demonstrated in at least five years of working in similar environments.
• Experience in successfully implementing and enhancing an agile framework for a complex technical delivery organisation.
• Ability to perform assessments, lead strategy and change implementation as part of developing a delivery framework and identifying areas for process automation or improvements.
• Experience with agile practices of Continuous Build, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment Practice, tools and trends. Experience in supporting the integration and embedding of these practices is essential.
• Experience in successfully leading multiple agile teams.
• SAFe certified would be advantageous, or certified in Prince2 or PMP
