IT Support Specialist - Level 3

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our client's team in Dublin. This role involves providing advanced technical support across various platforms, ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems and services, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 support for complex technical issues, including escalations from Level 1 and 2 support teams.
• Support and troubleshoot a diverse tech stack, including VMware, Azure, Citrix, and PowerShell scripting.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory, including group policy management and user administration.
• Implement and support cloud-based solutions, focusing on optimizing performance and security.
• Lead the deployment of software updates, patches, and upgrades across various systems and platforms.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in IT support roles, with at least 3 years at a Level 3 capacity.
• Proficiency in VMware, Azure, and Citrix environments.
• Strong scripting skills, particularly with PowerShell.
• Experience with Active Directory, including group policies and user management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
