Are you a seasoned Test Automation Architect with a passion for driving quality in complex systems? 

Our client, a leading player in the banking industry, is seeking an experienced professional to join their team in Dublin. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you will lead the automation testing strategy across both front-end and back-end systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Strategy: Design and implement test automation frameworks for front-end, back-end, and mobile applications.
• Tool Expertise: Utilize tools such as Selenium for UI automation, Appium for mobile testing, RestAssured for API automation, and JMeter for performance testing.
• Microservices Testing: Develop and execute test strategies for microservices architecture.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and high-quality delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive opportunities to improve automation processes and tools.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers and engineers.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in automation testing, with a strong background in both front-end and back-end testing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, JMeter, and other relevant tools.
• Microservices: Experience in testing microservices and understanding of their architecture.
• Banking Sector Experience: Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly desirable.
• Hybrid Working: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing remote and in-office work.
