NetSuite Inventory/Planning SME

Hybrid: 2 Days WFH, 3 Days in Office

Job Description:

My client is seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Administrator to join a dynamic team in Nashville. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home two days a week while spending three days in a collaborative office environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of NetSuite administration experience, with a strong focus on the Planning and Inventory modules.

Key NetSuite Admin Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our NetSuite ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Oversee and enhance the Planning and Inventory modules, aligning them with business needs.
• Develop and customize dashboards, workflows, and reports to support various departments.
• Provide end-user support and training, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
• Lead system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
• Proven expertise with NetSuite's Planning and Inventory modules.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite customizations, scripting, and workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support users at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field is preferred.
