About the Role:

We are looking for someone to serve as the technical point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will develop strategic business cases, help address AI security challenges, and work closely with Enterprise Account Executives to conduct product demonstrations and manage Proof of Value programs.

The ideal candidate should be based in the U.S. and possess the following skills:

  • Proven ability to link technology with business results and provide value.
  • Skilled in influencing both virtual and in-person audiences.
  • High emotional intelligence with strong active listening capabilities.
  • Proficient in creating engaging presentations using tools such as PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Experience in identifying and resolving customer pain points and objectives.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership during the pre-sales phase, including managing Proof of Value outcomes.
  • Offer technical pre-sales support to assigned Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Strong research skills to effectively respond to customer inquiries.
  • Capable of educating sales teams and partners about our products and solutions.
  • Dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in sales engineering.
  • A background in security principles.
  • Experience selling software to Fortune 500 companies.
  • Strong technical presentation and communication skills.
  • The ability to identify business challenges and architect solutions.
  • Self-reliance in a fast-paced environment.
