My client is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join their strategic team, driving the development of a leading cutting-edge SaaS platform. In this role, you will transform high-level product vision into actionable roadmaps, working cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and market alignment. You'll serve as the expert on the product, balancing customer needs with business goals to maintain the platform's competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, adapting to customer and stakeholder needs.
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements that enhance market value.
• Communicate product vision clearly to the delivery team and ensure alignment throughout the development cycle.
• Work with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless user experience.

About You:

• 5+ years in product management or a customer-facing technical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Familiarity with HR software preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
