We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our client's Managed Services team in Dublin. You will be responsible for onsite technical support, handling hardware and software issues, and ensuring high client satisfaction. This role requires a strong focus on first-time resolutions and excellent communication skills.

Field Service Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve PC-related issues, including hardware and software configurations.
  • Facilitate warranty repairs with relevant hardware vendors.
  • Perform onsite deployment and installation of workstation hardware and software.
  • Manage workstation asset recovery and maintenance, including upgrades and new hires.
  • Support meeting room technology and video conferencing setups as needed.
  • Ensure incidents and requests are completed within SLAs in a high-pressure environment.
  • Document support tickets daily to ensure accurate reporting of SLAs.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Windows system administration and Active Directory management.
  • Previous MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding the best solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 user management and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with PC, printer, and server hardware.
  • Full, clean Irish driver's licence.
