We're looking for a proactive Pre-Sales Manager to join our team. This role involves collaborating with the sales team to drive new business and manage existing opportunities in the EV Charging sector. You'll focus on securing sales and contracts, while coordinating with other teams to deliver optimal solutions for clients. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for effectively sharing solution knowledge with customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate and advance leads through the Pre-Sales pipeline to secure new business.
  • Product Showcases: Organize and present detailed demonstrations of our solutions, including to senior executives.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Oversee the Pre-Sales process from lead inception to contract finalization, working with Operations, Product, R&D, and other teams.
  • Technical Strategy: Design and propose technical solutions for major bids, tailored to meet specific customer needs.
  • Client Engagement: Interact with customers and prospects to assess their needs and develop customized solution offerings.
  • Training & Support: Educate internal teams and clients on solution features and benefits, and create ROI and business case documents for new opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Draft technical responses for RFQs/RFPs and outline approaches for trials or Proof of Concepts.
  • Market Insights: Relay customer feedback to refine products and identify emerging market trends.

Experience:

  • Must be fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is required.
  • Prior experience in Pre-Sales, particularly in Telecom or EV charging sectors, is a plus.
  • A background in electrical engineering is an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of commercial processes and proven ability to cultivate relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Must be open to travel and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
