Salesforce Consultant

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a passion for leveraging Salesforce technology to drive business growth and enhance customer experience. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design Salesforce solutions that meet our client's needs
• Configure and customize Salesforce to support sales, marketing, and customer service processes
• Work with IT Director to ensure that Salesforce solutions align with the company's overall IT strategy and architecture
• Provide ongoing support and training to end users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Administrator
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including customization, configuration, and integration
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Consultant) preferred

Day-to-day

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs
• Engage with end users to provide training and support for Salesforce adoption
• Work closely with the IT Director to ensure alignment with overall IT strategy and architecture
