Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our client's team in Dublin. As an SRE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of their systems and services.

SRE Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure to support our applications.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and deploy new features while maintaining system reliability.
• Manage incident response, including root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
• Maintain documentation for system architecture, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps, or similar role.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of networking, databases, and system architecture.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
