DevOps/ Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Cloud Engineer based in Ireland. This role is pivotal in ensuring our cloud infrastructure's reliability, scalability, and efficiency. As a key member of the DevOps team, you will work closely with developers, IT operations, and security teams to manage and automate the deployment, monitoring, and optimization of our cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring performance, security, and cost optimization.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Ensure compliance with best practices for security, including identity and access management, encryption, and network security.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineering role.
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and tools.
