L2/L3 Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking to hire a Level 2/3 Desktop Support Engineer on behalf of our client, a Manufacturing firm based in Wicklow.

Desktop Support Engineer Duties:

• Ensuring the IT Helpdesk department is run to the highest standards
• Resolving tickets on a day-to-day basis
• Ensuring tickets are assigned accordingly and are resolved promptly
• Continually improving internal IT processes

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar IT Desktop Support position
• Experience with Office 365, Windows Server 2016+ and Active Directory is essential
• Experience with ticketing systems, particularly ServiceNow
• Experience with VPN and VOIP
