We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our client's team in Dublin. 

This role involves providing Level 2 support for various IT issues, ensuring smooth operations and prompt resolution of technical challenges. If you're passionate about problem-solving and eager to work in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

IT Support Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 support for desktop, network, and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of IT equipment and peripherals.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control in Active Directory.
  • Collaborate with Level 3 support teams for escalated issues.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an IT Support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with remote support tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
