Network Engineer

Munster Area (Flexible Hybrid Working)

We are seeking to hire a Network Engineer on behalf of an Irish Telecoms MSP. This position will involve working primarily in the Munster area, with the majority of the work being desk-based as well as some field service work.

Network Engineer Duties:

• Working with voice and data networks with a strong focus on Network Security
• Working within data centre environments, maintaining and troubleshooting cabling
• Assisting the Service Desk team in troubleshooting and resolving L1 and L2 tickets

Requirements:

• Must be CCNA-certified
• 3+ years' experience in a similar position
• Good experience with voice and data networks
• Strong experience with Windows operating systems and servers, as well as other relevant Microsoft technologies
• An understanding of data centre environments and cabling
