Information Security Engineer

We are seeking to hire an experienced Information Security Engineer for our client in Dublin. It is a financial services firm that offers end-to-end payment solutions to businesses and individuals in over 200 countries.

Information Security Engineer Duties:

• Creating a company-wide Information Security program, ensuring compliance with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC and DORA
• Working with the Information Security team to define security policies and practices
• Identifying, evaluating and reporting Information Security risks and prices to key stakeholders
• Coordinating the development of implementation plans and policies, ensuring services and recovery if declared disaster occurs
• Conducting Risk Assessments and identifying security threats
• Developing, implementing and maintaining security policies, standards and procedures
• Working with other IT departments to design, implement and maintain secure applications and network architecture
• Conducting Security Audits including PCI DSS 4.0 Audits, Vulnerability Scanning and Penetration Tests
• Acting as ISO 27001 Lead Implementor

Requirements:

• 3-5 Years of Information Security Management experience
• A background in other relevant security or IT positions (ideally Infrastructure or System Administration)
• Strong understanding of Compliance and frameworks such as PCI, ISO, SOC and DORA
• Ability to work in a cross-functional manner with other IT departments
• Relevant industry certifications are desirable
