ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Remote (Preference for candidates in the Triangle Area)

Our client is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join their team. This is a hands-on technical role where you will be responsible for delivering solutions, managing client implementations & ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions based on client requirements
• Manage and oversee end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Provide hands-on technical expertise, including system configuration, customization & development
• Mentor and guide junior developers and other team members
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Ensure compliance with best practices in ServiceNow development and implementation
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure the successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
• 3-5 years experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong focus on implementations
• Experience successfully delivering complex ServiceNow projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills 
• Ability to think critically and strategically
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Advanced ServiceNow certifications (Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus
• Experience in client-facing roles and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
