Contract Test Manager

We have an immediate need for an experienced Test Manager to work with our client on an upcoming large-scale project.

The role will initially be contracted for 6 months with a possible extension.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager to lead a team within our client's Dublin-based headquarters. The daily rate will depend on experience and range from €450 to €550 per day. The position will involve being on-site two days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead an experienced QA and testing team, encouraging high performance and efficiency
• Create, deliver and report on the overall test delivery activities - from initial strategy creation to handover to the end user
• Deliver detailed reports to all levels of stakeholders, discussing progress and addressing any issues that have been identified
• Mentor and guide junior members of the team and assist with the overall recruitment process

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing Test Management role
• Project Manager experience would be advantageous
• Strong knowledge of Project Management and Test Management methodologies
• In-depth knowledge of functional and non-functional testing
• Proven experience in working on large-scale projects
• Experience in one or more technology areas such as Integrations, IoT, CRM, ERP etc
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
