We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our client's team in Dublin. This role requires hands-on experience in managing IT support tasks and ensuring smooth operations for end users. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to end users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop hardware, as well as related software.
  • Assist in user account management, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support mobile device management and ensure the security of all connected devices.
  • Document issues and resolutions to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in IT support roles.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking issues.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are preferred.
