Responsibilities:

1. Spearhead the planning, execution, and successful completion of multiple software projects simultaneously
2. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners to facilitate smooth project communication and collaboration
3. Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and budget
4. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, adapting strategies as needed to minimize disruptions 
5. Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of deliverables and exceed client expectations
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management practices, leveraging feedback and lessons learned to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
7. Generate comprehensive project reports and documentation, providing stakeholders with clear insights into project progress and outcomes
8. Develop contingency plans to ensure timely delivery of change requests

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of project/program management experience using leading methodologies
• Experience managing multiple parties including programmers and third-party vendors is desirable
• Ability to manage projects across multiple locations is a plus
• Understanding of budgetary control and resource allocation procedures
• Ability to foster a sense of community among project team members

Desirable experience:

• Familiarity with the Agriculture and Food industries is highly desirable
• Knowledge of Object Orientated Programming (ideally C# or Java) and SQL Database is advantageous
