ServiceNow Developer

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join their team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a full-time onsite role where you will leverage your technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to implement effective solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications while ensuring best practices are followed, with a particular emphasis on CMDB.

ServiceNow Developer Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and implement custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide hands-on expertise in JavaScript and other programming languages to build robust applications.
• Lead efforts in CMDB design, configuration, and maintenance to ensure accurate data representation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions within project timelines.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and other programming languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, AngularJS, or similar).
• Proven experience with CMDB and its implementation within the ServiceNow platform.
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy custom applications and workflows.
• Ability to work onsite in Raleigh, NC, 5 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and other ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience with ITOM, ITSM, or other ServiceNow modules.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
