Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality Python code for AI-driven products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy scalable software solutions
• Ensure code quality, testing, and best practices are upheld through rigorous peer reviews and continuous integration
• Work with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate machine learning models into production environments
• Contribute to the architecture and design decisions, bringing innovative solutions to complex challenges
• Mentor junior developers and guide Python development and software engineering best practices

Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Python in a production environment is essential
• Knowledge of cloud platforms e.g. AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with experience deploying and managing applications in these environments
• Proficiency in working with both relational and non-relational databases
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices
• Understanding of automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to tackle complex problems with innovative solutions
• Familiarity with AI concepts and experience working with machine learning models in a Python environment is beneficial
