We seek a skilled IT Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our client's team in Limerick. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations across various IT systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows environments, Office 365, and remote support tools.

IT Support Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 support for IT-related issues, both remotely and onsite.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory.
  • Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support roles.
  • Proficient in Windows OS, Office 365, and remote support tools.
  • Experience with Active Directory and user management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
