Our client in Dublin is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with 3-4 years of experience in IT support who is comfortable troubleshooting complex technical issues and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
IT Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 and 3 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers and network equipment.
- Monitor system performance and manage backup and recovery processes.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in IT support.
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar.
