Data Engineer

I'm assisting my client who has an immediate need for a Data Engineer who specialises in working in the finance/payments market, to join their team based in Dublin for a 12-month contract position with a possible extension.

This will be a hybrid role with a requirement to be on site 1 day per week and offers a daily rate of €475 per day.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 Years as a Data Engineer
• Experience of working in the finance/ payments/ banking market
• Proven experience in creating and maintaining data pipelines and workflows using PySpark/ Databricks
• Experience in infrastructure as code eg Kubernetes/ AWS
• Excellent communication skills
• Databricks certification would be desirable
