Lead Solutions Architect - Digital Domain

My client, a market leader in the Digital Banking space, is looking for a Lead Solutions Architect. The successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of digital banking solutions, while developing the strategy and roadmap to evolve their digital banking channels, technologies, and processes. 

Leading and growing a team of experienced Solutions Architects, you will;

• Design and evolve the technology architecture to support the continuous transformation of their Digital Domain
• Be responsible for team management of the Solutions Architecture team and own the development of the Digital Domain and its associated architecture and product suite
• Have the ability to develop solutions that are not only technically innovative but also meet quality standards in terms of compliance, scalability, reliability, and security

Lead Solutions Architect - Experience required:

• Expertise in digital banking and architecture
• Experience in digital channel development languages, frameworks and integration patterns across browser, web, mobile and social media channels
• Experience delivering product-led digital solutions across the above self-service channels
• Track record in the delivery of customer and operational analysis within digital banking, including tracking benefits realisation and guiding future strategy
• Experience in the delivery of online banking solutions, including strong customer authentication and Open Banking API developments
• Strong Stakeholder Management
• Experience developing architecture and strategy in alignment with compliance and governance requirements
