My client is exclusively seeking a Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join their team in Dublin. This role is perfect for someone with a strong Windows/Microsoft background and a passion for solving technical issues. The candidate will also have the chance to be involved in ongoing projects within the business, offering a great opportunity to develop and grow their skill set.
IT Support Engineer Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for Windows and Microsoft environments, including troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues.
- Administer and support Azure Active Directory and Office 365 environments.
- Participate in various IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
- Assist with network and server maintenance, including patch management and backups.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, specifically in Windows/Microsoft environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Experience with Azure services and cloud technologies is highly desirable.
- Experience in project-based work within an IT environment is a plus.
